born on March 27,1965, in Helena Arkansas to Emma Mears and Charles Foster.
Robert is survived by his wife of 21 years, Kristen Parker Beggs, and his step-son Andrew Bell.
Growing up in his father’s TV repair shop, Robert learned to repair electronics. After high school he had a calling to defend his country and served in the Army for ten years, which included the Persian Gulf War. After the military, he stayed in Germany, where he had been stationed, for another ten years, relying on his skills as an electronics technician.
Back in the states, his work included wiring stores and restaurants for music. As a hobby, he would put together computer towers from scratch and sell them on eBay. He always had a love for 70s and 80s rock music and believed music can heal emotional wounds. His family’s love him is forever and always.
Military honors will be rendered on Thursday, April 2 at 2:00 PM, at West Tennessee Veterans Cemetery.
