He leaves behind his loving wife of 39 years Saroeun Chhim and 3 children, Sotharith Chhim (Misty) of West Palm Beach FL, Kornthearrie Carothers (Randy) of Cordova TN, and Bohnna Chhim of Orlando FL, 1 grandchild Chloe Chhim of West Palm Beach FL. His brother Khorn Chhim, sisters in law Soth Chhim, Sophan Lach, Sophal Lach of Memphis TN, brother in law Than Lach (Molly) of Orlando FL, and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
