Shirley D. Nixon, 72, passed away Sunday, July 24, 2016. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother and loved spoiling her grandkids. Shirley also loved to dance be-bop and never met a stranger she was loved by all. She was preceded in death by her son, Tony McCutchen and brother, Gene Donnell. Shirley is survived by her loving husband, Troy W. Nixon; one daughter, Tammy Williams; two stepsons, Kevin Nixon, Keith Nixon; one sister, Arlene Logue; two brothers, David Donnell, Wayne Donnell; ten grandchildren, Buddy, Zack, Nikki, Cassidy, Kayle, Hayden, Jenna, David, Johnny, and Kelly. The family will receive guest Wednesday, July 27th from 12 pm till her service begins at 2 pm at Family Funeral Care, 4925 Summer Ave. Burial will follow in Memphis Memory Gardens.
