Thomas E. Hutto, 79, Master Sgt., U.S. Army, Retired, died Tuesday, February 14, 2012 at Methodist Hospital in Germantown. Mr. Hutto, veteran of the Vietnam and Korean Wars, is a member of Kirby Woods Baptist Church. His family will receive guests on Wednesday, February 15 from 5PM – 7PM and funeral services will be on Thursday, February 16 beginning at 11AM all at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens at 5599 Poplar Avenue. Burial will follow at 1PM at West Tennessee Veterans Cemetery. Mr. Hutto was preceded in death by his grandson Brandon Goode. He is survived by his wife of 57 years Jamie Hutto; daughter Pam Goode of Germantown, TN; son Kenny Hutto (Cathy) of Olive Branch, MS; sisters Grace Stephenson and Edna Wright; his beloved grandchildren Brandon, Ashley & Connor (his little viola player), and his great-granddaughter, Olivia, who brought him much joy; and his grand dog Stella who will miss licking him.
