Thomas Stephen Weatherford

Thomas Stephen Weatherford passed away unexpectedly at the age of 50 in Memphis, Tennessee on August 25th, 2022. He was born in Virginia on April 15, 1972. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Bill and Geneva Weatherford and Samuel Powers.

Tommy spent most of childhood in Virginia before proudly serving his country in the United States Navy in 1992. He was a loving, supportive, and devoted husband, son, brother, father, grandfather, and friend to so many. He was happiest spending his time on the water fishing, cheering on the Atlanta Braves, cooking, and sharing meals with his loved ones. He will be forever remembered by his contagious laugh, one of a kind sense of humor, empathy, and selflessness.

Tommy is survived by his devoted wife of six years, Amy Beth Weatherford; his loving parents, Tricia and Doug; his children, Cheryl Weatherford (Corey Jordan), Hannah Weatherford English (Devantae English), Stephen Weatherford, and Samuel Weatherford; his grandchildren, Brooke English, Hailey English, Grayson English and Wesley Weatherford; his siblings, Edward Weatherford and Amy Weatherford (Nathan); six nieces and nephews and his grandmother, Virginia Powers.
