These photos are from October 2009 when uncle Vernon stopped through to say hi and let the boys climb up in the truck.  EVERY time I pass an 18 wheeler, I think of him.  At times, I remember the excitement when as kids we could hear the truck as he came home (off the road), making his way down Raines Road.    This visit was not so different in that I could hear him coming before he got to our home and it just brought back so many childhood memories as we raced outside to greet him.  I am hoping that memories such as this comfort everyone especially today.
