William Richard Brigman

William Richard (Ricky) Brigman was born on September 26, 1975 to William Gerald Brigman, Jr and Delilah Jane Byrum-Brigman. Ricky passed away in South Florida on February 24, 2021. He was an accomplished Captain, who was certified by the US Coast Guard to pilot any vessel up to 200 tons. He was a lover of life and left his imprint in the souls of everyone he met. He is survived by his grandmother Janet E. Shinall, his father Jerry Brigman, mother Dee Brigman , sister Michelle Brigman- Baxter, brother-in-law Jeremy Baxter, nephews Pierce Norton and Ryder Baxter as well as his extended family. Ricky is also preceded in death by William G. Brigman, Sr. and Gail Brigman.
