William Clay Ogden affectionately known as Cowboy. Passed away Saturday, March 4th at the age of 74. William retired from TDOT after 46 years of service. He is preceded in death by his wife of 45 years, JoAnn Ogden, his parents Barrett and Ruby Ogden, and his sister Perky Stovall. He is survived by his daughter Vicki Fowlkes ( Todd), his sons Mike (Cindy) and Kelly (Cindy) Ogden, his sister Ann Melnyk (Alex), and his 5 grandchildren Jordan, Justin, Jarret Fowlkes, and Tiffany and Heather Ogden. A visitation will be held Tuesday, March 7th at Memphis Funeral home from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM with a service to follow. In lieu of flowers gifts in memory of William may be offered to Baptist Reynolds Hospice House.
