William Otis Little, II, age 59, was dearly known as Billy. Billy was born October 8, 1962 in Memphis, Tennessee to the Late William Otis Little, Sr., and the Late Geraldine Margaret Anderson Little. He transitioned from his earthly home Tuesday, March 15, 2022. Prior to a life-changing calamity in 2005, Billy was employed at FedEx Ground. In spite of this misfortune and through many obstacles, Billy found joy, peace; and he extended good will to all with whom he came in contact. Billy’s sweet spirit and his kind, uplifting and encouraging words will be remembered by many. He will be greatly missed by his wife, Ruth A. Little, his siblings, and many other family members and friends, all who loved him deeply.
