Bill graduated from Christian Brothers High School and attended Christian Brothers University. He was a member of Good Shepherd Catholic Church in Tunica, Mississippi. He owned and operated WJ Rogers Salvage Yard in Lake Cormorant, Mississippi for over 50 years. Bill was also a member of the Memphis Rodders Club and was a SGT in the U.S. Air Guard.
Bill is preceded in death by his parents, VD and Martha Massa Rogers. He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Wanda Tacey Rogers; daughter, Lorraine Bradford (Richard); grandchildren, Parker Bradford, Nathan Bradford and Nicole Bradford.
A graveside service will be held at 11 am on Thursday, August 14, 2025 at Memorial Park Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the charity of donor's choice.
