Ahmad Karimkhani, beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend, passed away on April 15, 2025, in Menifee, California, at the age of 76. Born on March 27, 1949, in Tehran, Iran, Ahmad’s life was a rich tapestry of love, laughter, and quiet strength.
Ahmad is survived by his devoted wife of 45 years, Monireh Karimkhani, his daughter Shabnam, his son Shaheen, daughter-in-law Alex, cherished grandson Dean, and step-grandson Liam.
A brilliant mind, Ahmad earned his master’s degree in statistics and built a career as an accountant and tax preparer—leaving this world on Tax Day with his signature irony and wit. Known for his goofy sense of humor and endless dad jokes, Ahmad was a peacemaker by nature, a man who brought calm to chaos and laughter to the quietest rooms.
He was passionate about his family, and also found joy in the simple pleasures of life: watching American Idol, cheering on the Denver Broncos and LA Lakers, and listening to Johnny Cash. His home was filled with love, laughter, and often the aroma of his spaghetti—made just the way only he could.
Ahmad will be deeply missed and forever remembered for his humor, his peaceful soul, and the love he gave so freely.
