Marilyn Jean Bach

Marilyn Jean McRae Bach, age 71of Sun City, California, was born December 26, 1952 in Whittier, California. She left this earth to be with our Lord on November 6, 2024 after spending her last few years in a nursing home in Hemet, CA suffering from severe osteoporosis degenerative bone disease. She was preceded in death by her parents, Chester & Velma McRae, and older sister, Judith Sepulveda. She is survived by her sister Betty Prichard, 2 nephews, Craig McMillan & Jared Prichard, 2 nieces, Megan Burgess & Corinne Rosenthal. She also had 8 great nieces & nephews, Ella, Landen and Audrey Rosenthal, Avery and Brooklyn Prichard, Ruby McMillan, Brody and Rylee Burgess.

Marilyn grew up in Downey and Fullerton, California and graduated from Troy High School in 1971. She also attended Fullerton Community College where she took classes in fashion design.

She lived several places during her life! Newport Beach, CA, Park City, UT, Mammoth Lakes, CA, Oceanside, CA and the last 15 years in Sun City, CA. She was single most of her life, but at age 45 she married Raymond Bach and they lived in Oceanside, CA until their divorce in 2008. She then purchased a mobile home in Sun City to be close to Mom & Dad and after Dad passed she moved in with Mom and helped her out until her passing in 2012 at age 92.

She loved the outdoors and liked working in her garden of flowers and spending time with her good friends who were always there for her!

A Celebration of Life service will be held for Marilyn at Miller Jones Mortuary, 26770 Murrieta Rd., Sun City, Ca 92586 on Friday, December 20, 2024 at 11:00 a.m.
