Michael William Kirkpatrick, born September 13, 1965, was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, son and friend. He is survived by his wife, Donna, sons Jonathan and Nick, daughter Alyssa, and granddaughter Nevaeh. His parents William and Janis Kirkpatrick, George and Lynn Pardon, and Linda Tozier and many more family members and loved ones. He joins his son Nathan with our Heavenly Father.
Michael defined his life through service. He was always available with a kind and willing helping hand to complete projects in the neighborhood. He was a defender of the community, participating for many years in the Nuevo Citizens Patrol as a volunteer for the Riverside County Sheriff Department. He was a business owner, running M&D Landscaping and Construction for many years providing quality landscaping and custom homes to hundreds of homeowners throughout Southern California. In his later years he created a safe environment for thousands of students working as a locksmith for Val Verde Unified School District.
Although he had a passion for bringing joy to families through his work, his true passion was his own family. He enjoyed playing with his children, spending time as a family, working and playing on their ranch, and traveling with his wife. He also had the recent pleasure of becoming a grandfather. Michael was a cherished member of the community and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
