He was born on July 30, 1948 to Andrew and Margaret Clark in Imogene, Iowa. William met his wife, Linda Sue Neeley, in Nebraska City, Nebraska. They were married on January 18, 1982.
William served in the United States Army from February 7, 1968 to February 2, 1970. He was a loving husband and father who enjoyed his time building puzzles, doing wood work and spending time outdoors with his pug Kaylee.
William is survived by his loving wife, Linda Sue Clark, his children, Lisa (Wayne), Dawn, Nicholas (Elizabeth) and Susan (John); grandchildren William Joseph (Tya), Dylan, Isabella, Landon, Titus, Zoey, Axel and Great Grandchildren Grayson and Willow as well as by many brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. William is survived by his siblings Joan Holmstrom (Steve), Peggy Logerot ( Louis ), John Clark( Karen) , Carol Chapman ( Rusty ), Jim Clark (Theresa), Barbara Gilmore , and Sharon Young.
He was preceded in death by his mother Margaret Elizabeth Clark; father Andrew Joseph Clark; mother in law Eula Jane Neeley; father in law Ralph Edward Neely; and sister Phyllis Ann Clark.
