Passed away suddenly September 22, 2011 at the age of 55 years. Loving father of Rob (Melissa) Kubatzki. Dear brother of Sue Kubatzki, Rick (Lana) Kubatzki, Judy Santarius, Terri (Michael) Kalawa, Tom (Doris) Kubatzki, Randy (Diane) Kubatzki and Jane Kubatzki. Further survived by his best friend, Mark Kalupa, his girlfriend Kathe Clough, nieces, nephews and many friends. Preceded in death by his parents Walter and Betty Kubatzki.
Jeffrey was an avid hunter and fisherman who loved the mountains. Recently retired from Fed Ex after many years of dedicated service.
Visitation Saturday, October 1 at the funeral home from 11 AM until time of Memorial Service at 2PM.
