Carolyn Elizabeth Myers

Carolyn Elizabeth Myers was born on May 12, 1947 and passed away at home on November 4, 2020. Carolyn was born in Mobile, Alabama where she lived for 20 years before moving to Charlotte, North Carolina where she lived for 25 years. After retirement she and her loving husband David William Myers moved to Livingston, California.

Carolyn enjoyed surfing as a teen and motorcycles as an adult. She loved to twostep and slow dance with her husband. She would light up a room with her eyes and smile. Carolyn loved to ride her motorcycle through the mountains of NC, TN, VI and WV. She was always going somewhere adventurous with Dave. In the later years she enjoyed the view from behind Dave on their old man tour bike.

Carolyn was a member of the Harley owners group in Charlotte NC chapter and Harley owners group in Gastonia SC chapter. She was a motorcycle safety instructor, Levine Line dancer, a member of the BSB group of Lake of the Woods, and apart of Carolina Boot Scooters.

Carolyn was loved by all. She is survived by her loving husband David William Myers; children Bradley DuLong and wife Sonia DuLong of Dallas, Texas and Josh DuLong and wife Kathleen of Kennett Square, Pennsylvania; sister Belle Marie Hughs of Mobile, Alabama; grandchildren Payton DuLong, Brittany Morrison (DuLong) and husband Andrew; as well as one great grandchild Urijah Morrison and mother and father-in-law Eugene and Barbara Myers of Livingston Wisconsin.

Carolyn is preceded in death by her parents Frazier and Belle Clarke and brother-in-law Billy Myers.

Funeral services will be held at a later date.
