Dorothea was a homemaker; she loved her children and family whole heartedly. She was a lifelong member of Beta Sigma Phi. Some of her hobbies included macramé, sewing, cooking, crafting and traveling.
The family would like to give special thanks to Hy-Lond Healthcare Center in Merced for all of their kindness and help that was provided.
Dorothea is preceded in death by her Husband of 60 years, Vincent James Tomaino, who passed away on June 8, 2015.
She is survived by her children, Antoinette, Cecilia, and Thomas Tomaino.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 5, 2016 from 2:00P.M.-5:00P.M. with a rosary being recited at 5:00P.M. at Stratford Evans Merced Funeral Home located at 1490 B Street Merced, California. A funeral mass will take place on Wednesday, July 6, 2016 at 10:00A.M. at Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church located at 459 West 21st Street Merced, California with burial to follow at Calvary Cemetery located at 260 West Child’s Avenue Merced, California.
