Frances Pamp Neely passed away peacefully with a smile on her face, surrounded by her family on August 31, 2017. She was born in Whitesboro, TX. She cherished attending Planada Community Church and adored her family.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Floyd Neely, daughter, Linda Burks and her son, Floyd (Bud) Neely Jr.
She is survived by her daughters, Carol Bradley (Phillip) and Nancy Hall (Mike), 8 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held at Plainsburg Cemetary in Le Grand, California on September 8, 2018 beginning at 10:00 a.m.
