On Friday, December 30, 2016 Manuel left his home on earth to join his parents, sister and brothers in heaven. He was born on April 09, 1938 in Calflax, California. He passed away peacefully surrounded by all his loved ones on December 30, 2016 at Mercy Hospital. He is survived by his beloved wife Catalina P. Coronado of 58 years, two children; Pedro J. Coronado (Adriana), Grace Coronado (Guy Essig), seven grandchildren, two great grandchildren, four brothers and two sister-in-laws. He loved his family wholeheartedly, and loved family time spent together. He worked in retail sales for over 45 years.
A vigil service with rosary will be held on Friday, January 6, 2017 from 3:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. with rosary being recited at 5:30 p.m. at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Merced, California. The funeral mass will be held on Saturday, January 7, 2017 at 9:00 a.m. at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Merced, California located at 671 E. Yosemite Ave. Merced, California 95340 with interment to follow at Plainsburg Cemetery located at 8943 E. Gillette Rd. Le Grand, California 95333.
