Sheryl was a very loving and kind hearted person. She was very compassionate, always putting others before herself and never taking anything for granted. There was nothing more important in this world to Sheryl than family.
Sheryl was very gifted at crochet; one of her prized pieces is of a beautiful bedspread that she made for her great niece Katherine. She was also very talented and had a passion for writing, especially poems, she would often submit her work in the hopes of being selected to get publicized. Another hobby she had was to read; from historical to religious she would read anything that intrigued her. She loved to sit and listen to her collection of country and gospel music.
Sheryl was a frequent attendee at the Calvary Temple Worship Center Church in Merced as well as The Writers Club of Merced back when it was active.
The family would like to express a special thank you to Sheryl’s in home care provider and lifelong friend, Vicky Coronado, for the attentive loving care provided over the last 3 years.
