Theresa is survived by her husband, Matthew Devins; her son Edward Mckins; her daughter Crystal Arzt; her daughter Meagen Mildr-Peltier; and her daughter Maggie Devins; her brother John (Buddy) Gannon.

Theresa was preceded in death by her mother Joan Warren and her father John Emil Gannon Jr.; her infant William Devins.
