Linda and I and many others became friends on our Meridian high school alumni and friends internet site. We shared many memories and thoughts for several years. Her love of her family and friends was always evident. We miss her and her sweet, kind, and thoughtful ways.

Linda was and will remain the best friend I have ever had.  As I read through all the comments made by others, it reminded me that what I feel for Linda is felt by everyone who knew her.  There is nothing left for me to add.  I'll miss her.

Linda was an awesome person.  We met in elementary school and remained friends throughout. Her devotion to her family was awesome.  Linda had a wonderful sense of humor and a way of making you laugh when you really didn't feel like it. She will be missed by all who knew her--especially me.

Your mother/grandmother was a joyful person who always made me laugh!   She will be missed.

Linda was a friend in high school. We lost touch after that until our 40th High School Reunion. I enjoyed visiting with her at that time and then keeping up with all her news on Facebook. She was a very kind and funny lady and will certainly be missed by everyone who knew her.

In high school Linda could always make me feel better about myself, when I was feeling less than sure of myself, and my ability to write. We lost touch after high school, but through the new social media of today's world, we reconnected about five or six years ago. She took up right where she left off, like the years in between had never passed, encouraging and inspiring me, as she had in our younger high school days. I will forever be grateful for her kindness, her friendship, and her inspiration.
I will never write another poem or song without wondering what she is thinking.  In our high school yearbook she wrote:
"To the best poet I've ever known....Please keep writing"...Love Linda.... I write this through tear filled eyes, not tears of sadness, but tears of gratefulness and love, to have been blessed with such a friend.... RIP Linda

Linda has been a close and special friend of us both since early childhood. Her love of family is what we remember the most about her. Her dedication and support to her Mother, son and grandchildren will remain her legacy. She loved her MHS classmates and stayed in touch as often as she could. She had a wonderful sense of humor that made you smile everytime you talked with her. She will be missed. Our love, thoughts and prayers to Aunt Sara, Jason, Grands and family.
