Carlyle Driver Bailey, born in Miami, FL on October 3, 1957, went to heaven, Sunday, June 17, 2012. A dedicated wife and mother, Carlyle loved serving her Lord, family and friends. Her sweet spirit will be greatly missed.

Carlyle attended Furman University and graduated from Emory University with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She loved working with the babies as a Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse at Holmes Regional for the past 13 years. She was an active member of First Baptist Church of Merritt Island where she loved to work with the youth and sing in the choir.

She is survived by her husband of 32 years, Dan. She has three children Sarah, Anna and Clara. She is also survived by her mother Betty Meeks Driver of Merritt Island and her sister Kelly Driver Massey (Brother–in-law Trey) of Alpharetta, GA. She is predeceased by her father E. Carl (Doc) Driver.

Visitation will be Tuesday, June 19th from 5 to 8 pm at FBC of Merritt Island. Her funeral service will be Wednesday, June 20th at 3:00pm at First Baptist Church of Merritt Island. The interment will follow at Florida Memorial Gardens.
