Dorothy Loretta Smith, 89, departed this life for her eternal rest Sunday, January 17, 2016 in the presence of her loving family. Dorothy was born on November 21, 1926 in Lafayette, Indiana to parents Lewis and Loretta Runda. She moved to Florida in 1965 from Hales Corners, Wisconsin. Dorothy enjoyed reading, knitting, bowling, crossword puzzles and spending quality time with her family and friends.
Dorothy was predeceased by her husband Grover E. Smith and her son Ernest A. Smith. She is survived by her three sons Brian E. Smith and his wife Monica both of Merritt Island, FL; Douglas G. Smith of Sebring, FL; and Gregory L. Smith of Merritt Island, FL.; two grandchildren Kyla J. Carstensen and Tiffany A. Smith; one great grandchild Makayla A. Walter.
Memorial Services will be held at a later date.
