Jacqueline Surrett Wade, 77, of Merritt Island, FL went home to be with the Lord Friday, April 15, 2016. Born in Swannanoa, NC, Jacqueline moved to Florida in 1962. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Port St. John.
Jacqueline put her family first and enjoyed spending time with loved ones. She loved to shop, read, and was an amazing cook. She enjoyed spending time in the mountains.
She is preceded in death by her sister, Joanna Pruett. She will be missed by her family: son, Brian Wade (Pennie); daughter: Julli Morgan (William); brother, Ken Surrett; sister, Pam Shinpaugh; and three grandchildren: Brittany Wade, Caleb Morgan, and Micah Morgan.
Burial will take place at a later date in North Carolina.
