Nancy "Izzie" (Sigman) Peel

She was born on October 11, 1960, to Virgil Thomas “Tom” Sigman, Jr. and Ruby Strickland Sigman in Cleveland, Tennessee.

Izzie attended cosmetology schooling followed by a career as a beautician. Thereafter, she started and ran a successful custom drapery company, called “Top Treatments by Izzie”. Izzie’s award-winning, hand-crafted designs were recognized in local media.

Izzie married Cecil Paul Peel, Jr. on August 29, 1987 and they had one child, Bryan Paul Peel.

Izzie loved anything to do with water, including fishing, surfing, scuba diving, and boating. She had a passion for “yard-saling” and finding antiques. Most of all, she loved spending time with her friends, family, and her true love, Reggie (her dog).

Izzie is survived by her son, Bryan Peel, her brother, Tommy Sigman, her father, Tom Sigman, and many other friends and extended family. She was preceded in death by her Mother, Ruby.

Visitation and funeral services will be on November 12, 2022 at 1:00PM EST at Wylie-Baxley Funeral Home in Merritt Island, FL 32952 followed by a celebration of life at 4PM EST at Jonathan's Pub at 140 N Brevard Ave, Cocoa Beach, FL 32931.
