Allison Lynn Steinport Welsh

50, of Tempe passed away on August 14. Allison was born in Battle Creek, MI and live in Cumberland, RI and Ashland, OH before moving to Phoenix with her family in 1976. She married Jerry in 1985 and June 2nd was their 25th anniversary. Allison was very artistically talented and enjoyed painting, stained glass, and crafts. She had many friends who all knew her as a very kind, generous person. She loved going to Laguna Beach where her mother grew up. Allison was the daughter of George and Marilyn Steinport. She is survived by her husband Jerry Welsh, her sister Susan (Steinport) Binkley and her children Elisabeth and Kathryn, and her sister Amy (Steinport) Barnes, her husband Thomas L. Barnes and their children Jack and Spencer. Services are being held at Lakeshore Mortuary, 1815 South Dobson Rd, Mesa, Az 85202 on Sunday, August 29th, at 1:00 pm.
