Angela Laona, (nee Guimmarria) born on October 7, 1919 and died August 8, 2010 at age 90. Angela was married 67 beautiful years to her late husband Carmelo Laona. Together they raised 3 children, Sal (married to Fran), Vincent (married to Connie) and Josephine (married to Bruce). Angela was a loving grandmother to her 9 grandchildren and was blessed to see 8 great-grandchildren born. She was loved by many and will be dearly missed. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Kean University Foundation, Vince Laona Scholarship Fund, 1000 Morris Ave., Union, NJ 07083. A visitation will be held, Thursday, August 12 from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm with a prayer service at 7:00 pm at Mariposa Gardens 6747 E. Broiadway Rd, Mesa. Funeral Mass will be 10:00 am, Friday, August 13 at All Saints Catholic Church, 1534 N. Recker Rd, Mesa. Arrangements entrusted to Mariposa Gardens (480) 830-4422
