POWERS, Arthur, Born September 12, 1963, in Warren, Ohio, passed away February 4, 2013, in Apache Junction, Arizona. He leaves behind a daughter Chelsea, three granddaughters, Maleena, Evelynn and Isabella. He also leaves behind two sisters, Wendy and Cheryl and two brothers, Mark and Bill and their families.
