With sadness we inform you that Barbara Jeanne Bowers, 72, passed away after an extended illness on Easter Sunday, April 17, 2022. She precedes her husband of 32 years, William, and leaves behind 3 children, Larry Jr. (Kit), Michelle and Lamond, 10 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. A loving and supportive mother, her creed was "family comes first".
Jeanne worked many years in the electronics industry, starting out as a basic assembler and retiring as a senior quality control inspector. A longtime resident of the Phoenix Metro area, she loved exploring Arizona, camping and fishing, her favorites being the Mogollon Rim trout lakes.
Jeanne had a very casual manner and did not care much for ceremony so with the immediate family’s agreement there will not be a memorial service. Instead, we will honor her last wishes, which were to intern her cremated remains in a very serene and beautiful setting. It has been said that one is not dead as long as they are remembered. The memory of Jeanne will go on for decades.
