Cynthia Carter Parra 58, passed away on Thursday, October 25, 2011 in Phoenix, Arizona. Born July 27, 1953 in Houston, Texas to Louis and Jane Carter. Cynthia is survived by her husband Jose Parra; daughter Tress Baca; sisters Ann Borgersen and Lynn Carter; brother Nicky Carter; and granddaughter Arlette Parra. Funeral Service Saturday, October 29, 2011 at 10:00 AM at Mariposa Gardens and Funeral Care Cemetery Chapel 6747 E. Broadway Rd. Mesa, AZ. Visitation will be 1 hour prior to the service. Burial will be in Mountain View Cemetery in Hayden, AZ.
