Donald Maddox, 61, of Mesa, Arizona, passed away surrounded by his loving family on December 4, 2018. He is survived by his wife Barbara, son Donald "Donnie" and grandson Nate. No public services are scheduled at this time. Arrangements for his care have been entrusted to Advantage Melcher Chapel of the Roses.
