Donald Lee Spencer born July 23, 1949 in Bloomington, Illinois to Roy and Betty [Sutter] Spencer, passed away on April 9, 2014 in Mesa, Arizona at the age of 64. Don was a loving father and grandfather who had a keen sense of humor and was a “Jack of All Trades”. He owned and operated a construction/landscape business in Fountain Hills Arizona, for over 34 years. He enjoyed the outdoors and was a member of the Over the Hill Gang - Car Club where his passion was dune buggies and hot rods. Don was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Steve Spencer. He is survived by his daughter Kim (Keith) Builta; son Craig Spencer and his grandchildren Alana Spencer, Kaitlyn Builta, Khloe Builta and Nathan Spencer as well as his sister Janice (Bob) Hammons.
