Born on February 19, 1935, in New York and raised in the Bronx, she was the cherished daughter of Isaac and Juanita Rosa.Emma married the love of her life, Cesar Garcia, on April 28, 1956, and together they built a family rooted in love and faith. She was a devoted mother to her four sons, Cesar Jr., David (Shelli), Michael (Teresa), and Edward (Lori). She found great joy in her nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.Her strong Christian faith guided her every step, and she was a source of love, wisdom, and encouragement to all who knew her. Emma’s unwavering devotion to God, family and Chinese food buffets will be deeply missed but forever cherished. A private family memorial will be held to honor her life.
