Fernando Theodopholis McClean

Fernando McClean was born on June 25, 1942 in the Republic of Panama. His Sunset was on November 19, 2019. He was the third son of the late Edward and Daisy Lovell McClean. As a young adult, Fernando moved to Miami, Florida with his father and joined the Seven Day Adventist Church.

He later moved to Brooklyn, New York where he enjoyed laughing and dancing. His favorite place to party was Michelle’s Cocktail Lounge, where he met Gwendolyn, who became his loving wife. Fernando and Gwendolyn were married on June 21, 1991.

Fernando enjoyed working for Chyron Industries until his retirement. Fernando and Gwen moved to Mesa, Arizona in 2009. Fernando continued to travel to his beloved Panama until his health began to decline.

Fernando leaves behind his loving wife Gwendolyn McClean. His children: Nerys McClean, Yamilka McClean, Alexander McClean, Paulina McClean, India McClean, and Dr. Kimberly Brown Hilburn (Daniel). His Grandchildren: 8 in Panama and 2 in U.S.A. Allen Lincoln Jr., and Kelila Lincoln. His Great Grandchildren: Kyliah Lincoln, Josiah McDaniel, Carla McClean, and Baby girl McClean. Three Sisters: Anita McClean Gonzales, Delores McClean, and Hilda McClean.

Fernando loved being in the pool with his grandchildren, Josiah and Kyliah, teaching them how to swim.
