Francis is survived his daughter, Linda Hartman of Woodbury, Minn.; grandsons, David Charles Vetter of Minneapolis, Minn., and Douglas Stuart Vetter of Woodbury, Minn.; sister, Eileen Hartman of Bradner, Ohio; nieces, Patty Campbell, Linda Burnham, and Kathy Woolridge, and nephews, Will Woolridge and Skippy Woolridge, along with additional nieces and nephews . He is preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy Jane Hartman and sisters, Joyce Woolridge and Millie Williams.
A memorial mass for Francis will be held on May 14, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at All Saints Catholic Church, 1534 North Recker Road, Mesa, Arizona. Inurnment will be at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, 23029 North Cave Creek Road, Phoenix, Arizona at 2:30 p.m.
