She was born to Charles Edward Sheroan and Myrtle Gay Mingues on April 18th, 1941 in Rineyville, Kentucky. She was blessed with three children, Randy(Vickie) Morris, Mona(Craig) Prentis, and Clettis(Talya) Meredith.
Irene is survived by her loving husband, Rod of 23 years, her sons and daughters, their spouses, 15 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren and one more due in February. She is also survived by one sibling, Evelyn McCoy. She was preceded in death by her parents Charles and Myrtle Sheroan, one brother and four sisters.
Irene was a devoted Christian who loved Jesus and her church family. She enjoyed singing in the church choir. Irene’s most precious moments were being a wife to Rod and traveling the world with him. They visited many beautiful places together. She was most proud of her three children. She loved them all so dearly.
Visitation will be held from 4-8pm on October 27th at Mariposa Gardens Memorial Park and Funeral Care located at 400 S. Power Rd. Mesa, Az 85206. The funeral service will be held at 10am on October 28th at Valley Baptist Church located at 555 S. Mountain Rd. Mesa, Az 85208 with visitation from 9-10am
