James Lowell Chapman

James Lowell Chapman 82 years old passed away on March 4, 2023 in Las Vegas Nevada. James was born on November 25, 1940 in Eugene Oregon to late Robert and Alberta Chapman. He was the middle child of three sons. Eldest Gene Robert and youngest Steven Lee. James Married Carol Sue Gundel in Eugene Oregon on December 1, 1961. In 1966 James and Carol moved to the Seattle area. In 1998 James and Carol moved to Arizona to be closer to their children and grandchildren.

James was the most gentle, kind, thoughtful and generous man you would ever meet. He will be greatly missed by everyone he touched throughout his life and endeavors.

James spent most of his younger years in the grocery business, and then later pursued his dream in the floral design business. In 2017, he opened his very own gift and Home Decor store called Natures Nest.

This was his opportunity to instill his inspiration and visions into all of his amazing arrangements and decorating. The friendships he made along with his longtime clients loved his work and dedication.

Surviving are James son Kenneth James Chapman of Mesa Arizona and daughter Debra Carole Latsch of Gilbert Arizona.

Four grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

James will be missed and always remembered as a loving and caring, husband, father, and grandfather. James was always there for his family no matter what!

Our memories will always be filled with all the love and kindness James shared with us every day of his life.

A Committal service for James will be held Friday, April 14, 2023 at 12:30 PM.
