James Spencer Loper, 94, a native of Brunswick, GA, entered into rest on Nov. 9, 2018, at Mesa, AZ. Beloved husband of the late Ruby Loper; father of Deena Sanders, Jeffrey “Ted” (Jean) Loper and James “Chris” (Susan) Loper. Grandfather of 3, and great-grandfather of 1. Our uncle, and friend. Mr. Loper was an WW II Army veteran receiving the Purple Heart. Graveside services to be 1:00 PM, Thurs.
