Jennifer Lynn Jensvold

Jennifer was born on December 10, 1970, in Phoenix, Arizona, to Terry and Susan Melton. She grew up surrounded by family and faith, graduating from Faith Christian School in 1991. During her youth, she was an active and dedicated member of Awana, where she earned the highest honor, the Citation Award — a reflection of her strong faith, commitment, and perseverance.

Jennifer had a deep love for animals, which led her to attend dog grooming school after graduation. She especially adored Saint Bernards and found great joy in caring for and working with animals throughout her life.

She had a vibrant personality and a passion for the things that made her smile. Jennifer loved all things Disney — especially Tigger — whose joyful spirit matched her own. She was also an enthusiastic NASCAR fan, enjoying the excitement and camaraderie that racing brought.

Above all, Jennifer cherished her family. She is survived by her loving husband, David Jensvold; her sons, Colton Mascarelli and Christopher Mascarelli; her mother, Susan Melton; her brothers, Shawn Melton and his wife Ashley, and Kelly Melton and his wife Kelly. She was preceded in death by her father, Terry Melton.

Jennifer will be remembered for her warm heart, her steadfast faith, her love of family, and the joy she found in life’s simple pleasures. Her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
