Jonifer (Jon) Royce Tucker 75, passed away peacefully Thursday, October 6, 2011 at Lund Home, Hospice of the Valley. He was born July 26, 1936 in Des Arc, MO to Roy and Rita Tucker. He is survived by his loving wife, Lucille (Lucy); son Steven (Karen); daughters Gayle Fagan (Dennis), Linda White (Stephen) and Sandra Tucker; sister Brenda Shuler (Phil) Ft. Myers, FL; grandchildren Katie Cox (Ron) Port Huron, MI, Casey Tucker and Shannon Fagan; great granddaughter Morgan Cox; nephew Tim Shuler. Jon served in the Air force, received a teaching certificate from Illinois State University, was an employment interviewer for the State of Illinois, worked for State Farm Fire & Casualty Co for 29 years where he earned his CPCU insurance designation. He retired in 1996. A memorial service will be held Sat. Oct. 22, 2011, 2:00 PM at Christ Church Lutheran, 3901 E. Indian School Rd. Phoenix, AZ.
