Jose Luis Parra Quintana, 66, died Saturday, February 8, 2025, at his residence surrounded by his family. He was born March 20, 1958, in Nuevo Casas Grandes, Chihuahua, Mexico. He was the son of Jose Luis Parra and Ofelia Quintana. He married Socorro Lechuga on April 17, 1986.
Jose Luis Parra was a family person. He loved his wife, children, and grandchildren beyond words. He always taught his children that family always came first, to value each other, and to respect each other. He helped raise his grandchildren into the amazing young men they are today and for that we are eternally grateful. He loved telling jokes, laughing, and poker.
He is survived by many family members that love him and will forever cherish the memories they had with him. He was a man of many words, with a hard exterior, but with a heart of gold. He will be greatly missed.
Services will be held at 4:00 p.m. Monday, February 17, at Mariposa Gardens Memorial Park 6747 E Broadway Rd, Mesa, AZ 85206.
