Lawrence “Larry” Lewis Robedeau Sr. passed away in Scottsdale, AZ on September 14, 2013 at the age of 86. He was born in Toledo, OH on September 8, 1927 to Lawrence Peter and Henrietta Frederica Constantina [Schroeder] Robedeau. Lawrence is survived by his children Cecilia Ruth Hiliker-Hawley, Delores Marie Brown, Camille Ellen Shibley, Lawrence Lewis Robedeau Jr., Elmer Joseph Robedeau, Beatrice Lillian Futch, David Eugene Robedeau, Paul Richard Robedeau, Christine Jane “Tinia” Gebhart, Beth Ann Felbab and Mark Edward Robedeau; as well as twenty grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Before retiring, Lawrence worked as an auto mechanic for the Mesa Public Schools for twenty years. He enjoyed traveling and was a member of St. George Catholic Church for many years, but nothing brought him more joy than spending time with his family. A visitation will be held on Sunday, September 22, 2013 form 6:00 – 8:00 pm at Mariposa Gardens Cemetery Chapel, 6747 E. Broadway Rd in Mesa. A graveside service will be at 10:00 am, Monday, September 23, 2013 at Valley of the Sun Cemetery, 10940 E Chandler Heights Rd, Chandler, AZ.
