She was born on May 23, 1932 in Melbourne, Australia to John Patrick Murphy and Molly Agnes Murphy.
Lennis was preceded in death by her loving husband Douglas F. Horst, son Rudy Horst, daughter Paula McNeely, and daughter Vickie Horst.
Her survivors include: her sons Doug Horst and Russell Horst and daughter Jennifer Harr.
A Memorial Service will be held at Victory Lutheran Church at 5946 E. University Dr. Mesa, Arizona 85205 on Thursday, September 26, 2019 at 2pm.
