I miss you so much Oba there was been so many times I have needed your guidance just like when I was a child and you raised me taught me to use chopsticks before a fork 😂 I never got to share anything about my transition or my fears and pain but every time I meditate I feel your presence around me so I know you aren’t truly gone last night I meditated sitting in the pouring rain & I didn’t shiver or move nothing all I could remember was the smell of your cooking & I saw flashes of your home! 💕 I never forgot the most important lessons you taught me about: Truth, Honor, Integrity & I hope I have lived up to your standards of what you taught me to always stand up for those who can not defend themselves 💯 Tbh when I heard you had passed away it was like losing one of my Mothers you taught me so so so much in the 10 years you raised me from infant until we moved to FL.. when I received the news I was actually in the psychiatric hospital under suicide watch because my biological family has made me feel nothing but shame & dishonor for simply being myself a self I am unable to change no matter how much I try.. I even had Seppeku/HariKiri tattooed on my wrist I even bought the small tanto kanto blades that in Bushido Code the wives of the dishonored would bind their legs to die in a dignified position then a moment occurred I had the perfect moment to accomplish Seppaku and regain my honor & my biological families honor it was as if Oba whispered in my ear “The Universe still has plans for you Kiera” & I voluntarily stayed 18 days in the hospital after that incident because I knew your energy, spirit, soul & love for me never wavered once in my life! I know you would’ve accepted me for being Transgender Female without even a second thought because you always had faith in me now I believe in the Universe that it puts us in the places we are meant to be at the moment we are meant to be there & puts the people we are supposed to meet in our path! I love you so much 💯💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕
