Nadine Madrid Sierra

Born Nadine Madrid on January 9th, 1952 to Edmund (Mundy) and Mary Madrid in Maywood, California. Nadine graduated from El Rancho High School and helped run Olympic Quilting the family business started by her parents. Nadine relocated to AZ in 1981 after meeting and marrying her husband Albert Sierra of Miami, Az. Nadine made her home in the Queen Creek, AZ area and was a devoted wife and mother. Nadine worked her entire life but always found time for family, whether it was her parents, sister, brother, nieces & nephews or extended family. Nadine will be remembered for her smile and loving ways and her great sense of decoration and style. Nadine fought ALS with a courageous and unrelenting spirit. Although ALS controlled her body it could not break her spirit. Nadine went to a better place on Feb. 28, 2015. Nadine is survived by her husband Albert Sierra, son Ryan Sierra, mother Mary Madrid, sister Annie Diaz, brother Ernie Madrid, numerous nieces, nephews and extended family. Services for Nadine will be held on March 14, 2015 at 1pm at Mariposa Gardens Mariposa Gardens Memorial Park and Funeral Care, 6747 E Broadway Rd, Mesa, AZ 85206.
