Nelda Jean Keith, 75, passed away on December 7, 2020 in Chandler, Arizona. She was born January 25, 1945 in Phoenix, Arizona to Dale Kenneth and Guinevere [Rhoton] Patton. Nelda attended Carl Hayden High School in Phoenix, graduating in 1963. After high school, she went on to ASU, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in education, graduating in 1967. In April of 1969, she was married to the love of her life, Arthur Leroy Keith and they spent 46 wonderful years married until his passing on June 4, 2015. Nelda was very crafty and loved to paint, crochet, and make dolls. She worked for 18 years with Cordova Elementary School in Phoenix, retiring in 2002. Nelda was preceded in death by her parents, Dale and Gwen and her beloved husband, Arthur Leroy Keith, who passed away June 4, 2015. She is survived by her sons Gregory Leroy Keith and Matthew Scott Keith; grandchildren Marcella Angelita Keith and Emma Nicole Keith; her brother, Dale Patton Jr and her sister, Patricia Cardon as well as other extended family and friends.
