Paula Diane Morse Withers

Paula Dianne Withers, 63, resident of Chandler, Arizona, died March 28th, 2012, at Desert Banner Hospital surrounded by family and friends. Paula was born March 26th, 1949 in Hobbs, New Mexico. She was the youngest daughter from Charles and Oma Morse of Oklahoma.

Paula attended Baylor University and received her Registered Nurse License from St. Mary’s Hospital in Enid, Oklahoma. Paula moved to Oregon and met her future husband. On September 24th, 1977, she married Larry Withers in Reno, Nevada.

She worked within the ICU department of Desert Banner Hospital for 12 years and worked within the Surgery Center for an additional 18 years. Paula embraced life with a sense of humor and enjoyed various activities such as hiking the Grand Canyon, golf, BINGO, and watching her sports teams.

Paula is survived by her beloved husband, Larry Elwyn Withers; daughter and son-in-law, Shauna Dyanne and Michael Hutchinson; sons, Charles Elywn Withers and Kyle Lane Withers; and grandson, Quincy Orien Dufrene.

Friends and family are invited to attend a memorial service on Saturday, April 7th, 2011 at 1:00 PM at Lakeshore Mortuary 1815 South Dobson Road Mesa, AZ 85202.
