Ted Winston Lewis, 76, of Apache Junction, Arizona, passed away on December 14, 2016. He was born in Globe, Arizona on November 17, 1940. Ted attended Globe High School in Globe, Arizona. He married Donna Lewis on June 4, 1965. Ted worked as a deputy and became Sheriff of Gila County. After his stint in law enforcement, he worked as a supervisor in the mining industry in Globe. Ted enjoyed so many different hobbies throughout his life. He loved the outdoors, hunting, fishing, woodworking, photography, and painting. He is survived by his loving wife, Donna Lewis; his children, Jeff (Tami), Winston (Jackie), Richard (Debbie), Eugene (Cosetta), David Mishler (Nuna); Grandchildren; Eric Lewis (Heather), Juli (Justin) Dahl-James, Kyle J. Lewis, Joshua (Faye) Lewis, Jonathan Lewis, Jason Lewis, Luke Lewis, Candice Mishler, Devon (Taylor) Mishler; Winnie Mishler and 11 great grandchildren. Preceded in death by his parents Dick and Florence Lewis, brother Ray Lewis and great grandson Maverick Mishler-Olness.
