

Thomas Jerome Ereth at age 59 went to eternal rest on July 18, 2012. He was born on March 16, 1953 in Great Falls, MT, moved to Phoenix, AZ in 1954, and lived in Redlands, CA for the last 27 years. He is preceded in death by his mother, Marion Teresa Robertson Ereth and brother-in-law Thomas Jay Bergman. He is lovingly survived by his father, Joseph Jerome Ereth, five sisters and two brothers and their respective spouses, Karen (Dean) Piercy, Janice (John Gilligan), Donna (Floyd) Meyer, Robert (Diann Crotwell), Roxanne, Lorraine Bergman, David (Martha Campbell), and 12 nieces and nephews: Wendy Flynn, Steven and Janice Piercy; Christine Palma, Trevor Meyer and Stacey Sajonia; Tina and Krystal Ereth; Justin and Christopher Henderson; Eric and Dana Bergman. He is further survived by 10 great nieces and nephews.
As a young man, Tommy was an extrovert, a member of Central High Schools’ state champion football team, and a popular young man with many friends. At ASU, he acquired new skills and demonstrated great promise particularly in his ceramic arts. Self-reflective and yet outgoing, he enjoyed considerable success as real estate salesperson and was recognized as the top new home sales agent in the Mesa Tempe Chandler MLS for five years. He continued to be a real estate agent in California and was always proud to have a “complaint free” status.
His family and friends know that Tom has found peace and happiness in eternal life. They will always keep him alive in their hearts. Funeral mass will be held at 10:00 am, Saturday, July 28, 2012 at the Franciscan Renewal Center, 5802 E. Lincoln Drive, Scottsdale, AZ 85253. Burial services will follow the Mass at St. Francis Cemetery, 2033 N. 48th St., Phoenix, AZ 85008
